Contract: 4-6 (prefer West coast, but open to CST time zone. Must work PST time)
Location: Remote (some light travel- expenses will be reimbursed)
Our client in Washington is seeking additional support for the Nice and Aspect instances to give great customer service to over 3,000 end users working in Washington based facilities (clinics, business partners, pharmacies, etc).
This engineer will work along side the existing support engineer to help drive greater customer satisfaction, application stability and serve business units. The Nice and Aspect environments are the latest versioning and maximizing the functionality of the tools.
Nice Engage Engineering skills:
3+ years’ experience and/or certification with Nice Engage v6.x system and server administration
Nice Engage 6.10 experience preferred
2+ years’ experience/certification implementing and troubleshooting Nice RT
Experience troubleshooting Nice Engage 6.x ICN and AIR loggers
Experience/certification Nice Engage Search
Experience with Nice Engage integration with Cisco CUCM desired.
Aspect eWFM Engineer skills:
3+ years’ experience and/or certification with Aspect eWFM and Aspect RTA implementation/configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience with Aspect when deployed with Avaya 6.3 desired.
Experience with Aspect deployed with Cisco CUCM desired.
Aspect WFO implementation/configuration experience/certification required.
This client is prioritizing Nice engineering skills over Aspect skills
Ability to interface with customer when needed
