Remedy Product Specialist

Location: San Ramon, CA

Duration: 3-6 months

Overview:

This person will work with us as a Product Specialist but must have extensive experience with implementation of Smart Reporting module of the ITSM Remedy. They will help us rapidly mature our use of Smart Reporting, both technically as well as guidance on change management & end-user training.

Skills:

• Knowledge of ITSM Remedy system with concentration on Smart Reporting module
  
• If not ITSM Remedy knowledge above then SmartReporting/YellowFin experience
  
• Business object knowledge or Crystal reports
  
• Basic ability to pull DB queries from SQL DB
  

Job description:

• Mature Smart Reporting module in the current ITSM Remedy system 9.1
  
• Engage with users to understand reporting requirements and translate those requirements into reporting configuration
  
• Work with users to implement those reporting configurations and provide users with required user training
